Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
Through this application the petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 16.06.2020 passed in A.B.A. No. 1600 of 2020 to the extent that Complaint Case No. 885 of 2018 has wrongly been typed as Complaint Case No. 858 of 2018 in the said order as the mistake has been committed in the anticipatory bail application itself.
Accordingly the order dated 16.06.2020 passed in A.B.A. No. 1600 of 2020 is modified to the extent that wherever Complaint Case No. 858 of 2018 is mentioned, the same shall be read as Complaint Case No. 885 of 2018. Since on account of the error as noted above, the petitioner could not surrender within the time specified by this Court, the period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
