The petitioners are accused in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.
It has been alleged that from the garbh griha of a temple idols worth crores of rupees were stolen.
The petitioners have been implicated on the confessional statement of the co-accused and subsequently the petitioners had also confessed. The petitioners are in custody since 22.12.2020 and some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 4020 of 2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa, in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.
