Heard Mr. Rajesh Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. V. K. Vashistha, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gurdari P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020.
The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession a country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. Some of the co-accused persons seems to have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 5035 of 2020 and B.A. No. 7905 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla, in connection with Gurdari P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020.
