Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P.
The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.130 of 2020, registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 12.09.2020. It has been further submitted that investigation has already been completed and the petitioners are ready to co-operate in the trial. It has been further submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged against three persons but the pistol has been recovered from the possession of another coaccused, namely, Akash Bahadur. Hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer.
Considering the material available on record and the period of custody, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.130 of 2020 subject to the following conditions;
