A show cause has been filed by the State bringing on record a reasoned order dated 24.02.2021 in pursuance of the order dated 21.02.2019 passed by this Court in W. P. (S) No. 2669 of 2011.
In view of the above fact, the present contempt petition is, hereby, disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances, if any, in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. Proceedings are dropped.
I.A. No. 926 of 2021 also stands disposed of.
