The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Dhanbad (Cyber) P.S. Case No.50 of 2020 arising out of Cyber Case No.111 of 2020, registered under Sections 419/ 420/ 467/ 468/ 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (C) and (D) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.09.2020. It has been further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the petitioner is ready to co-operate in the trial. By referring to the supplementary affidavit filed in pursuance of order dated 28.01.2021, it has been submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit the alleged amount involved in the cyber crime of Rs. 8,17,389/- (Rupees Eight Lac Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Nine) in the court below which shall not prejudice to his defence in this case. Hence the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer.

Considering the material available on record and the fact that the investigation has already been completed, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (A.C.B., Cyber Cases and Electricity Act) Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad (Cyber) P.S. Case No.50 of 2020 arising out of Cyber Case No.111 of 2020 subject to the following conditions;

Petitioner will deposit Rs.8,17,389/- (Rupees Eight Lac Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Nine) before the court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds which shall not prejudice his defence.

One of the bailer should be the father of the petitioner.

Petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
