Mr. Manoj Kumar Sah, the learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.1372 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, I.A No.4680 of 2017 stands disposed of.
