The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 22.06.2016 passed in Misc.Case No.12 of 2015 by which he has been directed to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to his wife-O.P No.2 for her maintenance.
Ever since this criminal revision petition was filed, no one has appeared for the petitioner.
On 07.09.2016, 19.10.2016 and 15.05.2017, no one has appeared for the petitioner.
The notice regarding posting of this criminal revision petition was already published in the cause-list. Today also, no one appears for the petitioner. Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.1100 of 2016 is dismissed in default.
