The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 20.06.2016 passed in Maintenance Case No.15 of 2014 by which he has been directed to pay Rs.4,000/- per month to his wife and Rs.2,000/- per month to his minor daughter for their maintenance.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, the learned counsel appears for the opposite parties and Mr. V.K. Tiwary, the learned A.P.P appears for the State.
Mr. H.K. Shikarwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this criminal revision petition the parties have amicably settled their disputes amongst themselves.
On the above ground, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.909 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
