The petitioners are accused in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020.
A theft was committed in the shop of the informant and mobiles, laptops, cash of Rs. 2,00,000/- etc. were stolen.
The petitioners seems to have been initially implicated on the confession of co-accused Arun Sahu. It further appears from the possession of the petitioners Rs. 25,000/each were recovered.
However, considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 11.08.2020, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020.
