A truck carrying bovine animals was seized.
The petitioners claim that they had purchased the cattle for their dairy from a fair. The petitioners are in custody since 30.09.2020.
Regard being had to the nature of offence, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ghatshila, in connection with Baharagora P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020.
