The petitioner is an accused in connection with Daltongang Town P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017 corresponding to G. R. No. 1833 of 2017.
It has been alleged that while the informant was standing in front of a betel shop, motor-cycle borne miscreants had fired at him. He had a providential escape. The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused who has been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 9238 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Daltongang Town P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017 corresponding to G. R. No. 1833 of 2017.
