The petitioners are accused in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020.
It has been alleged that the informant, his father and wife were assaulted by the accused persons and in course of treatment, the father of the informant died.
It appears that all the accused persons are brothers. It further appears that one Rajpal Yadav was said to have been armed with a Farsa. So far as the petitioners are concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020.
