The petitioners are accused in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 128/2020.
It has been alleged that one of the patient namely Jai Prakash Yadav having head injuries had died on 13.03.2020. The family members of the deceased created nuisance in the hospital premises and assaulted the Doctors and Staffs as well as damaged the ambulance.
The petitioners appear to be in custody since 15.03.2020 and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 128/2020.
