The petitioner is an accused in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
A theft was committed in the house of the informant and jewelries, cash and various articles were stolen.
The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused Irfan Ansari. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
