The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 84 of 2020 arising out of Mahuwatand P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1138 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the informant was shot dead by the miscreants. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on confession of co-accused Rajesh Saw. It appears that no TIP has been held and the further implication of the petitioner is on the account of recovery of some fire arms on his confession. Therefore it indicates that only suspicion has been cast upon the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with S. T. No. 84 of 2020 arising out of Mahuwatand P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1138 of 2019.
