Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a fresh application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for release of the amount of Rs. 50,000/- which was deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in B.A. No. 3602 of 2019 and which the petitioner claims should be refunded to her since the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial court.
Permission is accorded.
This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
