The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C. P. Case No. 939 of 2018.

The matter was referred for mediation, but the same remained unsuccessful.

The allegations reveal that the marriage of the complainant with the petitioner was solemnized on 27.02.2018. Subsequently, there was a demand of motor-cycle and on non-fulfillment of which, she was subjected to torture. On 06.10.2018, she was ousted from her matrimonial house.

Mr. D. K. Jaiswal, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that in the court below on the basis of settlement, the petitioner had taken back the opposite party no. 2, but after one day, she was once again tortured and a demand of dowry was made.

So far as the complaint petition is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature as against the petitioner.

On consideration of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat in connection with C. P. Case No.
