The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner along with others were involved in cultivation of Poppy plants. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on suspicion and is in custody since 17.08.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (NDPS), Chatra in connection with Pratappur P. S. Case No. 19 of 2019.
