The petitioner is an accused in connection with Maniadih P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, G.R. Case No. 2562 of 2018.
It has been alleged that the accused persons were involved in cyber crime and Vikarm Mandal and Sachin Mandal were apprehended, who had disclosed about the others who had fled away including the petitioner. It therefore appears that the petitioner has been implication only on confession. The petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dhanbad in connection with Maniadih P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, G.R. Case No. 2562 of 2018.
