The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 653 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the informant and his friends were going for study. They were assaulted by some other persons without any reason and some girls were also teased. The petitioner was apprehended by the father of the school. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019.
