Heard Ms. Vani Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 211/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 6825/2017 (S.T. No. 507/2018).
It has been alleged that the petitioner had assaulted Dharmdas Tirkey while he was sleeping with dauli . In course of treatment Dharmdas Tirkey died.
Thus there appears to be a direct allegation against the petitioner of committing the murder of Dharmdas Tirkey.
In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
