The petitioner is an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 821 of 2016.
The marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 28.06.2012. It has been alleged that there was a demand of Rs.50,000/- cash and a motorcycle and on account of non fulfillment of which the complainant was subjected to torture and subsequently she was ousted from her matrimonial house.
The petitioner appears to be husband of the complainant and he is in custody since 26.06.2019.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dhanbad in connection with Complaint Case No. 821 of 2016.
