The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the husband of the informant was shot at by Niraj Kumar Sinha. It has further been alleged that Sumit Kumar Sinha and Radhey Manjhi had caught hold of the deceased. Implication of the petitioner is on the basis of the confession made by Shiv Kumar @ Shitu. Suspicion is on the basis of tower location of the mobile which was used in conversing with the associates.
Regard being had to the flimsy ground taken against the petitioner so as to suggest his complicity in commission of the offence, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
