The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandrapura P.S. Case
No. 141 of 2015, G.R. Case No. 1340 of 2015.
The marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner 12 years back. Thereafter, a demand of dowry and Rs.1,30,000/- was given on two occasions. In spite of the same, torture continued and informant was assaulted. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is in custody since 24.01.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Chandrapura P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015, G.R. Case No. 1340 of 2015.
