The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.
The petitioner was apprehended and mobile phones, sim cards as well as software relating to money transactions were found.
It appears that the petitioner is involved in another case of similar nature although learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been granted bail in the said case.
Regard being had to the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected at this stage.
