The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019, G.R. No. 292 of 2019, S.T. No. 207 of 2019.

It has been alleged that the one Rinki Devi, who was nursing the father of the informant for the last six months was found lying dead. Smell of kerosene oil was also detected.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is only suspicion so far as involvement of the petitioner is concerned.

Learned A.P.P. has referred to paragraphs 38 and 39 of the case diary which contains the confessional statement of the petitioner and recovery of broken mobile of the deceased from the roof top of the house. At this, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to paragraph 19 of the case diary, which contains the statement of one Bihari Yadav to substantiate her claim that the petitioner used to reside in the same house along with the deceased.

In view of the fact that it has come in course of investigation that the petitioner used to stay with the deceased apart from the fact that although in the confession it has been stated that the deceased was throttled but the postmortem report speaks otherwise, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1^st cum Special Judge, Bokaro in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019, G.R. No. 292 of 2019, S.T. No. 207 of 2019.
