The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, G.R. No.317 of 2019.
The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, Mobile, ATM cards, Paytm cards, Pass Book etc. were recovered. In the supplementary affidavit, it has been stated that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Petitioner appears to be in custody since 29.03.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, G.R. No.317 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial and one of the bailers should be a government servant.
