The petitioner is an accused in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No. 148/18, corresponding to G.R. No. 335/19.
It appears from the allegation that Bolero vehicle of the informant was stolen. The petitioner has been implicated on the basis of his self confession given in Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 139/18. The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No. 148/18, corresponding to G.R. No. 335/19.
