02/12.09.2019 Heard Mr. Arbind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned Spl. P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019.
It appears from the allegation that several persons involved in cyber crime were apprehended including the petitioner and from the petitioner three mobile phones and SIM card were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the learned trial court.
