The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018.
It appears from the allegation that two Scorpio vehicles were stolen and the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of the confession of Sagir @ Md Monu. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018.
