The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019.
It appears from the allegation that a truck was intercepted and coal loaded on the truck was found to be on the basis of the forged documents. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019.
