Heard Mr. Md. Abdul Wahab learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. Leena Mukherjee learned A.P.P for the State.
The petitioners are the accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S Case No. 22 of 2019.
It appears from the allegation that three miscreants had entered into the house of the informant and looted away Rs.80,000/- and Jewelry and the petitioners have been implicated in this case only on suspicion and their names surfaced only on the basis of confessional statement made before the police.
It is stated that the petitioner no.1 is in custody since 18.4.2019 whereas the petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 9.3.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.S Case No. 22 of 2019.
