Petitioner is accused in Maheshpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 15(1-A)(1B), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, lodged on the basis of selfstatement of S.I. Khaddi Kujur Maheshpur P.S. recorded on 10.10.2018.
From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that two live cartridges on which KF 7.65 was embossed was recovered from the left pocket of the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2018.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Be that as it may, keeping in view the period of detention, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, in connection with Maheshpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailers shall be father of the petitioner.
