Rabindra Kumar Alias Rabindra Yadav Vs the State of Jharkhand

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is alleged that the petitioner has sold the motorcycle to the co-accused namely, Sohan Yadav from whose possession the said motor cycle was recovered and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It is furthr submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2018. Hence, petitioner deserves bail.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and also the period of detention, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Chatra, in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 113/2018 and subject to the further condition that one of the bailers must be relative of the petitioner.
