3/28.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 477/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that one Ajay Kr. Yadav was appearing in the examination of Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) in place of this petitioner. He was apprehended, who disclosed the name of this petitioner. This petitioner was also apprehended.
The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017.
Keeping in view the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, petitioner namely, Ramjeevan Kumar Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar) P.S. Case No. 863 of 2017 [G.R. No. 3527/2017].
