Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
Petitioners are accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 477, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that Ajay Kumar Yadav was giving examination in place of others. Said Ajay Kumar Yadav was apprehended and disclosed the name of other petitioners, who were apprehended from the Bus Stand. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 08.12.2017.
Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Ajay Kumar Yadav, Abhay Kumar Singh and Rajnish Yadav, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar (Barabazar) Police Station Case No.863 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.3527 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a local resident.
