Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for the offence under Sections 25(1-B) a of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner was threatening the persons in Puja Pandal from where, he was arrested and from his possession one country made pistol along with live cartridge of .32 bore was recovered.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.9.2017 and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.
In view of the aforesaid facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Vikky Kumar Gupta @ Vikky Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar (Korrah) P.S. Case No. 693 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2808 of 2017, with a condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each and every date of trial.
