Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for
bail of the petitioner.
There is allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner. The deceased died along with her two children.
Keeping in view the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Chameli Devi, in connection with Chouparan Police Station Case No.188 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.2409 of 2017, is hereby rejected.
The petitioner, if so advised, is at liberty to renew her prayer for bail after framing of the charge.
This application stands dismissed.
