Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.
From the possession of this petitioner two mobile phones were recovered. Further a scorpio vehicle was also recovered, which belongs to the father of this petitioner. No monetary transaction had taken place.
