Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for
bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, in connection with Complaint Case No.876 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.
It is alleged that from the possession of this petitioner, 141 litres of foreign liquor was recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 1st February 2018.
In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, namely, Tuntun Yadav, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Complaint Case No.876 of 2017.
