The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 376 and 417 of the IPC.
Under order dated 28.3.2017, Secretary, DLSA, Simdega was directed to frame a rehabilitation scheme for the victim Fulmani Kumar and also to pay Rs.50,000/- from the State fund and submit a report to this Court.
Perused the required report dated 25.3.17, which reveals that Rs. 50,000/- has been paid to the victim under Victim Compensation Scheme from the State fund. It is further stated that the DLSA, Simdega has admitted the victim Fulmani Kumari under training programme organized by Center Administration Front-line Global Service and food grain has also been supplied to her under PDS Scheme and also a house has been alloted under the Indra Awas Yojana in the name of her father. Lastly, it is submitted that the DLSA, Simdega is in regular touch with Government officials to provide victim Fulmani Kumari more benefits under other Govt. Schemes.
Heard the counsel for the parties.
Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the court below shall
release him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Simdega, in connection with Simdega Mahila P.S. Case No.30/15, corresponding to G.R. No. 539/15, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
