Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 6442 of 2015, registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 307, 341, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from perusal of fardbeyan recorded by S.I. Shambhu Prasad at RIMS, Ranchi, it appears that one Quddus Rai has assaulted the informant.

Learned APP has filed the counter affidavit stating that informant has received the grievous injuries, which has been attributed to one Quddus Rai and not against these petitioners.

Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 6442 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
