The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 143, 323,341,120B,188,353, 307,324 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted the petitioners have been falsely implicated and there is land dispute between the parties.

The petitioners are directed to deposit Rs.5,000/each in terms of Jharkhand Victim Compensation Scheme, 2012 before the trial court within two weeks from today.

After so deposition, trial court will issue notice to the victim, namely, Nathni Prasad Singh, A.S.I and on his appearance, after proper verification, the trial court will disburse the aforesaid amount to the victim under Jharkhand Victim Compensation Scheme.

In view of the above, I am inclined to admit the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the court

below shall release them on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jamtara, in connection with Bagdahri P.S. Case No.18/16, corresponding to G.R. No. 996/16 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The aforesaid deposition will not prejudice of the case.

Let a copy of order be communicated to the court below.
