The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Senha P.S. Case No.83 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No.677 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506/34 I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioner is aged about 71 years. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the injury sustained, both by the informant and his mother, opined to be simple in nature. Moreover, out of two, one injury of informant is on his forehead, the said injury also opined to be simple in nature. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the aforesaid circumstances, as stated above, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and, if he do so, he will be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S. Case No.83 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No.677 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- before the court below on the date of his surrender, thereafter court below is directed to issue notice to the informant and after his appearance the court below shall release the aforesaid

amount in favour of the informant after making proper verification. It is made clear that deposition of aforesaid amount would not affect the case of the petitioner during course of trial.
