Pursuant to order dated 30.1.2017, both the parties were remained physically present before this Court on 17.3.2017 for mediation, but stands of the parties were at variance hence, the case has been fixed for today, i. e. on 11.4.2017 and to be heard on merit.

Heard the counsel for the parties.

It appears that in the complaint petition at para-2, petitioner has filed several cases being C.P.Case No.1032/10, M.P.Case 393/11, C.P.Case No.504/13.

Since the petitioner being lady, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and in the event of her arrest or surrender, the court below shall release her on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1^st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with C.P. Case No.2972/14, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
