04 /08.06.2017 Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with C.P. Case No.976 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 454, 341, 323, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Addl. P.P. and the learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is admittedly a civil dispute between the parties and the complainant has falsely instituted this case. The cause of the dispute is that both, the petitioners as well as O.P. No. 2 claims to be the owner of the place of occurrence. Since it is a civil dispute and the two co-accused Nuzhat Kamal and Najish Nigar Bano have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Civil Courts, Bokaro, this petitioner also deserves to be released on anticipatory bail.
