02 /07.06.2017 Apprehending his arrest, the sole petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 254 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. PP for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and some of the coaccused have already been granted bail by this Court. Hence, he also deserves to be released on bail.

Learned Addl. PP appearing for the State opposed the

prayer.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the sole petitioner namely Bablu Munda. Hence, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of five weeks from the date of this order, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1^st class, Ranchi in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 254 of 2015 (G. R. No. 7135 of 2015 ) subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.

The registry is directed to serve a notice together with a copy of this order on the public prosecutor and superintendent of police concerned.
