02 /07.06.2017 Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.32 of 2016 registered under sections 147/148/149/333/341/353/436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court in A.B.A. Nos.2129 and 4637 of 2016 respectively. Hence the petitioner deserves to be released on anticipatory bail.

Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. However, he has not disputed the said factual contention of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.32 of 2016 (G. R. No. 2067 of 2016 ) subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
