This application has been filed with a prayer to extend the period of surrender by further two weeks.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had moved an anticipatory bail application vide A.B.A. No. 3162 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 07.09.2016 had granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period, because he had fallen seriously ill and in support of his submission, he has filed medical prescription. So, it is prayed that the period for surrender in the court below may kindly be extended by further two weeks.
3 . In view of the above submission, the order dated 31.08.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 3162 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below within two weeks from today.
4. Cr.M.P. No. 2360 of 2016 stands allowed and disposed of.
